Welcome to the arLabs Music Copyright Compliance Center. Please read every section carefully before submitting a complaint.
arLabs Music provides an end-to-end digital distribution infrastructure and service that allows record labels, artists, producers, and copyright holders to distribute and monetize their music across Digital Service Providers (DSPs) worldwide (such as Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, Amazon, etc.).
As outlined in our Digital Distribution Agreement, arLabs Music is not legally liable for infringing content uploaded by our users. We act strictly as a technology service provider. Every user has provided a legal warranty that they possess the full and exclusive rights to the materials they upload.
Nevertheless, as a platform supported by the Music Secure protection system, we are fully committed to maintaining a clean digital music ecosystem. We will respond to all valid copyright complaints (DMCA notices) swiftly, firmly, and in accordance with applicable laws.
Before you submit a notice of copyright infringement, it is crucial that you consider the following:
Ensure whether the material actually infringes your copyright or if it falls under Fair Use protection. If you are unsure whether the material infringes your rights, we strongly advise you to consult with legal counsel first.
You may be held legally liable and sued for financial damages (including operational costs and attorney's fees) if you make false statements or claims that a material infringes your copyright.
Your complaint notice may be forwarded to the user who uploaded the material, as well as to interested third parties. The use of this form does not waive arLabs Music's right to challenge claims that indicate an abuse of the DMCA process.
Ensure that the disputed material was indeed uploaded and distributed through the arLabs Music network. We have no control over, and cannot process takedowns for, content distributed by other aggregators or third-party services.
Contact the user (artist or label) directly via their social media or business contacts as an initial attempt at resolution. Often, disputes regarding beat licenses, song samples, or collaboration misunderstandings can be resolved internally between you and the uploader.
If the issue cannot be resolved directly with the user, please submit your official complaint to the arLabs Music Compliance Team by filling out our Copyright Dispute Form.

Issuing global takedown instructions to all our DSP partners.
Permanently freezing and withholding royalty revenue generated from the disputed content.
Terminating the accounts of users who are proven to be repeat infringers.
